First time visit for us. Fantastic old building steeped in history. Hope to come back to check out the brewery downstairs. Tastefully decorated with respect to the building's history. The front of house and our server were friendly and professional. Service was fas and attentive but not pushy. Hubby had the fish tacos. Loved them so much he had a second order. I had the chicken sandwich with sriracha sauce. Perfect balance. Fries were tasty too! No room for dessert maybe next time. Parking lot around side of building.

Had a fantastic lunch with friends at Pie-Eyed Monk Brewery in Lindsay today! Everything we tried, both food and house-made beer, was delicious. The historic building itself is really cool, and they have a great outdoor patio too. Highly recommend checking this place out! Go there. Eat there. LOVE IT THERE!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at The Pie Eyed Monk last night! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by a lovely blonde hostess who set the tone for the rest of the evening. Our server, Pam, was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and on top of every detail. All of our meals came out perfectly and exactly as ordered, and to top it off, all of our bills were 100% accurate—something you don’t always get with a larger group. The food was delicious, the service was flawless, and the atmosphere was just right for a great night out to celebrate our friend’s bachelorette. We’ll definitely be back!

Stopped in to try some local beers, was very impressed with their line up.. the in house options were unreal, the amber was my favourite. Even my lady was impressed with some of the lighter options. Will definitely be back if we’re ever in the area again!
